Hi guys! I finally went to BBC Proms concert! Last week I visited London to watch this fantastic concert! Yuja was fantastic, absolutely amazing performance, with very enthusiastic conductor Klaus. It was my first time visiting BBC Proms, one of my dream concerts that I've wanted to go to.
Also, I watched this program (Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini) live for the first time. So beautiful music and Yuja and Klaus showed abs-fantastic. Can't find a word to describe it. I wonder how she can play so clearly, with that speed, with that emotion. Also I am a big fan of the director, because of his passion and commitment to the stage and orchestra, I was overwhelmed by it.
She played 2 more encore, but I don't know the name of the music, unfortunately.
FYI, I didn't record the music performance. I think you can find it somewhere in BBC channel, if you want. I just wanted to share the atmosphere of the concert hall, how audience reacted, also wanted to remember this feeli
ng for my self. I definitely want to go next year again!
