La primera vacuna española contra la COVID-19 es 100% efectiva en ratones
Este proyecto de candidato vacuna, que lidera el científico del CSIC Mariano Esteban, ha demostrado ya tener una eficacia del 100% en ratones, según el estudio que se acaba de publicar en una prestigiosa revista científica: "Journal of Virology".
"Hemos descrito que la vacuna confiere una protección del 100% contra el SARS-CoV-2 en un modelo de ratón humanizado susceptible a la infección por SARS-CoV-2, lo cual es muy importante", ha subrayado también Juan García Arriaza, investigador del CSIC que colidera este proyecto.

The second concert of bandleader/pianist William ‘Count’ Basie and his Count Basie Orchestra at the North Sea Jazz Festival 1979 features great solos by bassist John Clayton and drummer Butch Miles.
Basie did two concerts at the festival, one month before his 75th birthday.
This is the second concert with some great solos by John Clayton, Butch Miles, Freddie Green, Sonny Cohn and Danny Turner.
William James ‘Count’ Basie, born August 21, 1904, was a great bandleader, pianist and composer. He formed his own orchestra, the Count Basie Orchestra, in 1935 and led the orchestra for almost 50 years, until his death on April 26, 1984.

NORUEGA. EL TREN DE LAS ROCAS
Documental editado el año 2011, con las imágenes de la línea del tren entre Flam y Myrdal tomadas en octubre del 2005. Ésta asombrosa línea construida en condiciones muy adversas, se instaló para transportar la madera de las explotaciones cercanas de las orillas del fiordo, hasta la estación de Myrdal donde era posible el transporte la madera por tierra, al resto del país. Éste completo documental descubre la dureza de éste trazado, hoy convertido en una deficitaria línea turística, que no obstante es imprescindible para la economía de Flam y del Aurland-fiord.
