Stable downwind run in moderate breeze - Emirates Team New Zealand

INPUT WANTED: I'd be interested for you guys to comment on this.... go to 3:10​ and see if Peter Burling switches sides before or after the gybe..? I've looked at old footage (back to November) and nothing seems much different... so perhaps they've been practising like this for some time. Emirates Team New Zealand was completing practise runs between course A and B. I was hoping they'd sail closer in, but the gybed away... Footage taken on 26 February 2021.
